Clerics of good alignment are benefactors of mortal kind. They endeavor to heal the sick, shelter the homeless, feed the hungry, sappy stuff like that. They also seek to convert the faithless. Clerics of good alignmen are generally respectful of those who follow or serve a different deity of good alignment (e.g. followers of Aquarius have no explicit directive to convert followers of Leo, and such an endeavor would be a serious breach of etiquette).
They disguise their healing and curing spells through the use of herbs. They use true remedies when such remedies are known and available. Otherwise, they will use a false remedy and a spell.
